Cara upgrade firmware dari printer tersebut :     

Extract file package yang anda download

Jalankan program firmware upgrader (ML-XX40_V1.01.00.83.exe)

Pilih mode connection yang digunakan printer (USB)

Lihat pada temporary folder yang digunakan oleh firmware pada panel "Select Downloaded Firmware" di Name Field. Buka folder tersebut dan copy file dengan extention fls, ke dalam folder extract anda.

Tutup program firmware upgrader.

Jalankan program firmware patcher (fixXX40.bat) dan anda akan mendapatkan file firmware baru di dalam folder yang sama dengan awalan "FIX_". Setelah itu anda boleh keluar dari program patcher.

Pastikan printer anda on dan terhubung ke pc

Jalankan program downloader (downlXX40.bat). Jangan mematikan power printer atau disconnect printer selama proses. Setelah selesai keluar dari program tunggu selama kurang lebih 10 detik kemudian

matikan printer. Hidupkan printer setelah 20 detik kemudian.
